No Refunds

Donations made to Upjay Foundation are non-refundable. By making a donation, you understand and agree that all donations are final and that we are not obligated to provide a refund.

 

Event Registrations

Cancellation by Registrant

If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made [insert number] days before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specific event’s refund policy.

Cancellation by Upjay Foundation

Upjay Foundation reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, registrants will be offered a full refund. If the event is postponed, registrants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a refund.
